Retrieve a User's open chargebacks filed within a date window, once they reach any of the thresholds you provide.

• At least one of min_count, min_volume or min_case_amount is required. A threshold is reached when the User's chargebacks meet or exceed it, and reaching any one is enough.
• Only open chargebacks count. Chargebacks that have been won or lost are left out of the totals and the results.
• The totals are always returned, so you can see how close a User is to a threshold. The chargebacks themselves are listed in results only once a threshold is reached.
• Amounts are in dollars (e.g. 25.00 is $25.00).
